Please contact our reception​ to book an appointment.   

Office hours: 08h00 - 17h00 (Stellenbosch Campus) 08h00 - 16h00 (Tygerberg Campus)

Our sisters have a walk-in service until 16h00. Alternatively you can make an appointment if you so choose. ​

**Please note: In the event that your appointment is delayed due to a medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances (related to the nature of this practice), please reschedule with our reception if needed.

The following information is needed:  

• Your personal details
  
• Student or personnel number if applicable
• Detail of ​person responsible for your account
• ID copy of main member/responsible person
• Medical aid membership card
• First Prize – a completed Patient Information Form​

Any further information can be obtained from our reception.
