Manie Lombard, C​hief Director: Finance, leads the SUNFin Implementation Project and chairs the SUNFin Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee includes representatives from Finance, Information Technology, Faculty Management, Information Governance, Research & Development, Internal and External Auditors, Visions, Oracle, and the SUNStudent project. The Steering Committee is supported by a project implementation management team.

Workstreams

Seven interdivisional work streams – business optimisation, ICT architecture, data, testing, training, change management, and Visions implementation – have been established to pave the way for implementation. The work streams improve understanding and cooperation between divisions and build community in various environments.​
