What are the EDP support subjects?
In their first year at University, EDP students take two mainstream subjects from their particular degree programme's first-year offering, as well as three EDP support subjects, (i) Texts in the Humanities 113 & 143 (12 credits each), (ii) Information Skills 174 (12 credits) and (iii) Introduction to the Humanities 178 (24 credits).
In their second year at university, EDP students take the three remaining mainstream subjects from their particular degree programme's first-year offering, as well as one EDP support subject, Texts in the Humanities 123 & 153 (12 credits each). Students who have an average of 65% in their first EDP year for all their subjects, may apply to continue with one mainstream subject in their second EDP year. The subjects of the third and fourth years of study are the same as the second- and third-year offerings of the mainstream degree programme.
