To whom it may concern
Maxwell was previously involved in my Master's project. I am currently busy with the manuscripts and presentations related to my Masters and need minor additional stats to be done and guidance with tables. I have spoken to Maxwell and he said he will send through any relevant stats and data he worked with to my new assigned biostatistician.
I send a previous request a couple of weeks ago and got no response. I urgently need the minor stats done (one calculation) for our upcoming departmental research day on the 26 July.
Kindly advise.

If it would be possible to request an appointment with Tonya Esterhuizen, that would be greatly appreciated.

Prof Preiser suggested that I contact you. We are struggling to decide which statistical test would be the correct/ most appropriate one to use. And whether I have calculated the lower level of detection correctly.
Some background.
I have evaluated a test, that is currently used to screen plasma samples, but with using dried blood spot and dried plasma spot samples (especially for use in economically constrained areas)
• So I have compare the plasma sample results to dried blood spots (DBS) and plasma to dried plasma spots (DPS)
The test is a qualitative test, but it gives a sample to cut off ratio resulting in our dilemma
• Should I use student’s t-test (comparing S/CO) or McNemar’s Chi square (comparing interpretations) throughout?
