ARRIVAL TIME

All doctoral graduands are requested to report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Graduands must proceed directly to their allocated seat. Your seat number will be indicated on your invitation.

March/April 2021 doctoral graduates

All 2021 March/April doctoral graduates should please note that this will only be a ceremonial crossing of the graduation stage. These graduates’ names will not appear in the 2021 December graduation booklet, and as certificates were already awarded in the March/April cycle, no further certificates will be issued.

Candidates who graduate in absentia in the December 2021 cycle will not be able to cross the graduation stage for ceremonial purposes at a later stage, as we will be unable to accommodate such large numbers at future ceremonies.
