to provide foundational project management knowledge and skills that can be
applied directly to the management of a postgraduate research project.

- How to outline the scope of a postgraduate research project.
- The key practical aspects involved in managing a postgraduate research project.
Cost
This workshop opportunity is funded by the Postgraduate Office. There is no cost involved for registered SU postgraduates who sign up and attend, however, in the case of late cancellations or non-attendance, applicants will be responsible for the full workshop fee since late cancellations and non-attendance have considerable cost implications for our office.

Registered SU postgraduates.

Online course format
Full-day virtual workshop: Mini-lecture sessions with interactive virtual discussions between
facilitator and participants, and engaged practical sessions/activities and
feedback in between the live sessions.
