POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Obtain the general management skills you need to manage any type of business in any industry. This one-year programme includes a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship knowledge, innovative thinking and the digital processes and tools of today’s workplace. It can also provide access to an MBA (with 32 credits off on USB’s MBA).
- Two formats: a blended learning format which combines on-campus and online classes, and a modular format with five on-campus blocks over the year.
USB’s triple accredited MBA aims to develop managers, professionals and entrepreneurs into becoming responsible leaders, expert decision makers, strategic thinkers, effective communicators and stewards of society. If your career path is pointing towards senior management positions and leadership roles, the MBA will help you to confidently take on these responsibilities. It remains the most widely-recognised and desired business degree in the world. The programme includes a research assignment and an International Study Module at an overseas business school.
- Three formats: Full-time MBA (one year), Modular MBA (study blocks over two years) and Blended Learning MBA (2 years).
- Three streams: Generalist (MBA), Managing International Organisations (MBA MIO) and Health Care Leadership (MBA HCL).
PHD IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Obtaining a PhD requires a contribution to new knowledge through rigorous research. With USB’s PhD in Business Management and Administration you will help to find solutions to pressing business problems in the real world through supervised research that is underpinned by a strong theoretical base. This degree will stand you in good stead if you want to establish yourself as an expert in a particular field, and if you want to work in industries focused on research and innovation, or at an academic institution.
