Magdel Putter is a medical officer in ophthalmology at Tygerberg Hospital since August 2014. She is originally from Bloemfontein, Free State. She graduated at UOFS and completed her internship at Bloemfontein Hospital Complex. She moved to Kimberley for her community service during which she worked in Neurosurgery and Ophthalmology. Magdel successfully completed her diploma in ophthalmology as well as her primary and intermediary examinations in ophthalmology. She is very excited to start as a registrar at Tygerberg Ophthalmology later this year.
