Apply for invigilation duties for the May 2023 SU assessment period

Application forms available from Monday, 27 March 2023

The application process for invigilation duties during the SU assessment period from Monday 22 May to Friday 30 June 2023 is open.

Please note the Assessment Office require successful applicants to be available every day for the full duration of the assessment period.

Only for external applicants (people outside of the University). Students (undergraduate and postgraduate) unfortunately cannot apply.

Applications close on Monday, 10 April 2023 at 16:30.

Minimum qualification is Matric.

Remuneration is R250 per examination session/ R300 per extra writing time examination session for invigilators, and R350 per examination session/ R400 per extra writing time examination session for senior invigilators. Remuneration for all invigilation will be paid end of July 2023.

Applicants must please complete all sections on this application form in full and send their/the completed forms (along with any documentation that may be required) to garyk@sun.ac.za on or before the closing date (Monday, 10 April 2023 at 16:30).

Kindly note any incomplete forms received and/ or without supporting documents (where requested) will not be considered.
