​Stellenbosch University's HR Divistion would like to inform staff that their IRP5/IT3A forms for the 2018/2019 tax year (ended 28 February 2019) are available and can be downloaded directly from SUN-e-HR. Kindly note that a hard copy will not be sent to you. It is your responsibility to download the form. That is exactly the same form that is on your SARS efiling.

The procedure for downloading your IRP5/IT3A form is as follows:

·         Click on SUN-e-HR where you apply for leave

·         Click on Employee Self Service

·         Click on Remuneration and Banking

·         Click on Tax Certificates
