​​The Centre for Partnerships and Internationalisation Support at SU International invites faculty staff to participate in the Collaborative Online Internationalisation Learning (COIL) project. The project is hosted between Stellenbosch University (SU) and Ohio University in the US.

The Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) model, adapted from SUNY, promotes teaching and learning that brings together faculty and students from around the globe to collaborate within and across academic disciplines on a joint virtual project.

​This special initiative will foster collaborations between faculty staff from SU, Ohio University and the other participating institutions. The project will support faculty members to lead a COIL Initiative in collaboration with a partner faculty member at Ohio University for a period of three years. The program will include a visit to Ohio University at the end of October 2019 and will coincide with attending the international COIL Conference in Tacoma, Washington on October 25-26, 2019.
