The Stellenbosch University Language Centre offers a
20-credit (NQF level 6) TEFL training course that includes both input (class
tuition) and practice (class observation and teaching practice). The course
familiarises students with the relevant concepts, principles and practices of
language learning and teaching, and equips them with practical skills for
language teaching and learning. The course is recommended for beginner teachers
as well as experienced facilitators who wish to develop their knowledge of
language learning and teaching.
Course dates for 2018:
All courses take place from Monday to Friday, from
09:00-16:30.
