Location: 4th floor lecture room, Department of Food Science building, Hammanshand Road, Stellenbosch University
The CFS will be hosting its first workshop entitled 'The Science of Food Safety'. The international scientific advisory board members of the CFS will be giving guest lectures on food safety topics. Role players from the industry will also be giving short power talks. Various companies in the food safety industry will have display tables exhibiting the product and or services they offer.
After the lectures, there will be an opportunity to network over snacks and drinks.
