The annual Willie D. Jonker Memorial Lecture will take place on Thursday 28 February 2019 at 18:00 in the Attie van Wijk Auditorium at the Faculty of Theology, Stellenbosch University, 171 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch. Willie Jonker was Professor of Theology at Stellenbosch University from 1971 to 1992.

Dr Nadia Marais will give the memorial lecture with the theme: "Water at the wine"? Willie Jonker as poet theologi​​an. The lecture will be in Afrikaans, but a handout will be available in English. Refreshments are served from 17:30.
