​​Stellenbosch University is proud to be the local host of the WAITRO Summit 2022, which will take place from 14 to 15 November at the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West. The in-person event brings together key research and innovation stakeholders from around the world for two days of networking, learning, and forging new partnerships to accelerate the impact on global goals.

This year's theme is inspired by Sustainable Development Goal 17, “Partnerships for the Goals," and the Summit provides opportunities for new collaborations to achieve these goals. It is also a space to celebrate and recognize the impact achieved by researchers and innovators from WAITRO member organizations.
