The past term has been filled with many stressors and as a community we have become more aware of those around us and what they could potentially be struggling with. 

The third term has seen a multitude of tragedies and as such, it is time for a season equipping so that we as a greater community can take charge of situations and help those around us. 

On Friday the 9th of September the South African Depression & Anxiety Group (SADAG) will be holding a conversation centered around "What to do in a Suicide Crisis" as part of their #BRAVECoversations campaign. The coversation is open to all and will be held on ​Facebook Live on the SADAG page.
