1st Annual Stellenbosch University Emergency Medicine Symposium (SUEM 2023)
The Stellenbosch University Emergency Medicine (SUEM) Symposium will run from
10 - 11 November 2023 at Hazendal Wine Estate in, Cape Town, South Africa.
About the symposium
This symposium aims to create a platform for all emergency care personnel, from prehospital workers to physicians and nurses, to meet up outside the hustle and bustle of our careers. This is an opportunity to network, collaborate and debate relevant Emergency Medicine topics, against the beautiful backdrop of the Stellenbosch Winelands, not too far outside of Cape Town.
The symposium's theme is
Practice, Engage, Network and we believe that this is much needed in South African emergency care at this time.
Key topics will include:
- Clinical Emergency Medicine

- Leadership in Emergency Medicine
