YOUR STUDY VISA NEEDS TO STAY VALID FOR 60 DAYS

Application Process through VFS

Application is made online: http://www.vfsglobal.com/dha/southafrica/ - please browse the website and familiarise yourself with the process
Schedule an appointment only once you have all supporting documents
Application Fees : VFS is charging R 1 350 for facilitating services and the DHA renewal Fee remains R 425 = R 1 775
Payment options : Best to do payment at VFS with scheduled appointment to submit application
Documents not to be older than six months
Passport & Visa must be certified
Documents to support the visa renewal:

Passport valid for no less than 30 days after expiry of intended studies
Police clearance certificate from South Africa
Medical Certificate & Radiological Report
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate if from yellow fever region
Official letter confirming continued studies, including undertaking from Linda
Proof of financial means (3 months SA bank statement)
Proof of Medical cover registered with the SA Council for Medical Schemes in terms of the Medical Schemes Act, 1998 and paid for the full 12 months of 2015
