Advisory sessions and psychometric assessments

On-campus engagement

We have recently introduced an electronic feedback survey in order to evaluate and monitor the quality of the advisory sessions. Advisors are requested to complete a short summary after their advisory sessions – this will enable us to keep track of individual sessions and follow up accordingly. The combination of the electronic feedback survey and the telephonic follow-up will give us a clear indication of the level of service received. It will also allow us to intervene where necessary.
