Covid-19 safety protocols
The venue will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as per the approved Covid-19 protocol.
All social distancing protocols will be maintained inside the venue. Please keep 1 m away from others at all times.
The wearing of a mask is compulsory for graduands, guests and staff members for the full duration of the ceremony, including on the graduation stage.
No guest or graduand will be allowed to enter the venue without a mask.
Please refrain from eating inside the venue. Only bottled water will be allowed.
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Please be sure to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Neither you nor your guests will be allowed into the venue without an admission ticket.
Regrettably, no additional guest tickets will be available for any of the graduation ceremonies.
We respectfully request graduands and guests over the age of 60 and/or with any comorbidities either not to attend the ceremonies or to take extra precautions. The graduation ceremonies will also be livestreamed for family and friends who are unable to attend in person.
All graduands and guests will be required to complete Higher Health’s HealthCheck screening beforehand. Please take a screenshot of your screening status and have it available to produce on arrival at the venue. The HealthCheck application is available at

.
To enter the venue, a green/low-risk status is required. Graduands and guests with any other status will not be allowed entry.
The hooding process will not take place, to adhere to the Covid-19 protocols. Accordingly, no staff members will be allowed to hood their relatives.
We respectfully request all attendees to leave the venue as swiftly as possible after the event for the venue to be cleaned and sanitised for the next ceremony.
Feel free to take photos after the event, although this will have to be done outside the venue.
