​It gives us pleasure to announce the opening of the Library’s seminar rooms in the Carnegie Research Commons, discussion rooms in the Learning Commons and Virtual Meeting Rooms for after hour and weekend bookings starting from Monday, 27 March 2023.

The rooms can already be booked for 2 hour periods via our online bookings page. After hour bookings are between 16:00 – 21:00 (Monday to Thursday) while weekend bookings are between 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays. You are reminded that the Virtual Meeting Rooms are available for booking by individuals while the seminar and discussion rooms can be booked by groups of 2 or more people.

During after-hours and on Saturdays, keys are to be collected from staff at the Client Services Desk, which is the main desk next to the entrance of the Library. You will need your University card to collect the keys.
