6-Week Cycle Training Program
Are​ you a trained cyclist looking to improve your performance, through structured training? Join our t-week training program for a master's study. You will receive a body composition test, heart rate, lactate, and ventilation threshold data. You will then receive a 6-week training program, with 2 to 3 sessions a week in the exercise physiology laboratory for a training session under supervision.
  • ​This study will start in the week of Oct-24th and run until Dec-14th.
  • It will take place at the exercise physiology laboratory in the Sports Science building at Coetzenburg.
  • Laboratory training sessions will be between 60-90 minutes. The total weekly training volume will be ~10 hours.
