Dear SUNLearn users

Please note that the scheduled maintenance on a large number of IT systems from Friday 29 June at 17:00 to Monday 2 July at 7:00, will also affect access to SUNLearn. During this period updates (which includes critical security updates) will also be installed on the SUNLearn server. Access to SUNLearn will therefore not be without interruptions during that entire weekend and lecturers are therefore strongly advised not to schedule any assessment activities such as tests and assignment deadlines during that weekend.

We are also aware that official examinations will be completed by that time, nevertheless, we want to be extremely cautious and are also mindful of the fact that postgraduate programs do not necessarily have breaks during this time.
