​​​This short course, presented by the Communication Lab of the Language Centre, will empower you to manage social media platforms and help you to understand how to use social media communication optimally. By starting with business blogging and expanding to other social media from there, you will gain insight into the best social media practices.

If you are faced with the task of creating or managing social media platforms such as blogging, Facebook and Twitter, then this course is for you!

What are the course outcomes?

·        You will be able to develop and maintain the full spectrum of social media platforms

·        You will be equipped to identify and understand the target audience profiles of the various social media streams.

A Certificate of Competence will be awarded following the successful completion of this course.

Where and when?
We present this course over four weeks with four face-to-face full-day sessions, complemented by online learning. The face-to-face sessions will take place on Saturdays between 09:00 and 16:00 in the Seminar Room of the Language Centre, Kleine Bosch, 44 Banhoek Road, Stellenbosch, on the following dates:

Saturday 23 June, and Saturday 7, 21 and 28 July.
