The Library and Information Service will be celebrating South African Library Week from Friday 16 to Friday 23 March 2018.

The theme is "Libraries: heart of the University Community". The theme serves to remind users that the libraries of the Library and Information Service are communal spaces that cater to the specific needs of the University community. The Library belongs to the University community and is central to it.
