REMINDER

Due to the revamp of the current AARGO / Assessments Office (old Examinations Office) located at Room 2075 in Admin A, we have temporarily  moved to the Facilities Management Annex Building as from 01 July – 31 December 2022.

For Flexible Assessment modules

Kindly note the application for re-evaluation of assessments scripts does not include flexible assessment modules. In this case, you may apply for a recalculation of your final mark. Please see par.8.4.1.12 in the General Calendar 2022 Part 1 pg 45 (see link, http://www.sun.ac.za/english/Documents/Yearbooks/Current/Part-1-General-Calendar.pdf).

Please consult your faculty administrator directly. Please do not complete and submit this form.  

The closing date for applications for the re-evaluation (remark) of answer scripts for the May – June 2022 examination modules is Friday, 29 July 2022.

The re-evaluation of an assessment script is subject to the provisions as stated in the General Calender 2020 - 2022 (Part 1) pg 35 (see link, http://www.sun.ac.za/english/Documents/Yearbooks/Current/Part-1-GeneralCalendar.pdf)

Your email with your completed application form and proof of payment should have reached studentaccounts@sun.ac.za and cgb@sun.ac.za (Mr Cedric Bezuidenhout) by Friday, 29 July 2022. The process will follow thereafter.

·    All pre-arranged self - collections of April 2022 graduation documents at the Information Desk at Admin A.
