Hein Swanepoel is a master of keeping things together and moving forward. The direction and leadership in the vast and complex environment of SUNCOM is created and driven by Hein. Hein is a great and very effective manager, and a strong leader who displays empathy and gives clear direction and support to his teams. For the many new SUNCOM initiatives, for the leadership, innovation, and experience of the “journey" within SUNCOM, and the motivation and support of staff, we recognise and honour Hein and thank him for a massive (sometimes unseen contribution) without which SUNCOM would not function as successfully as it currently does.
