The Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences recently hosted educational psychologist Liezl Klopper from the Centre for Student Counselling and Development (CSCD), who presented four support sessions to assist students with their upcoming assessments.

The in-person group sessions focused on time management, stress management, study skills and exam strategies and were arranged by Mareli Rossouw and Juan Ontong of the School of Accountancy, and Student Affairs Officer Ilse Frans to complement the CSCD's existing sessions.

The sessions took place over a period of two weeks and were well attended, with between 50 to 90 students from across the Faculty joining each session. Based on the positive feedback, future sessions are being planned for both semesters in 2023.
