Prof. Ndaona Chokani received his B.A. (Honours -First Class), in engineering science from Oxford University in 1984 and his Ph.D. in engineering from Cambridge University in 1988. Chokani was a Professor for 17 years in the USA, at Duke University in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, and at North Carolina State University in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Since 2006, Prof Chokani is at ETH Zurich, where in the Laboratory for Energy Conversion he leads the wind energy program and the energy, economics & policy program.
